Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Paint Me: Color By Number (the "App") provided by Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, this license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
2. Content and intellectual property
All pictures, artwork, graphics, sounds and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may save and share artworks you color in the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the App or its content, except as allowed by law.
3. In-app purchases
The App is free to download and contains optional items that can be bought with real money. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, are subject to their terms, and are non-refundable except as required by law or by the store's refund policy. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
4. Subscriptions
- The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content for the period shown at purchase (for example weekly, monthly or yearly), at the price shown in the App.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings: on iOS in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
5. Advertising
The App shows advertisements provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation or unauthorized software, interfere with the App's servers, or use the App in any unlawful way.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any of its content at any time, including adding or removing pictures. We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept them.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
