Pictures won't load
New pictures are downloaded from the internet. Check that you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, then close and reopen the App.
How do I restore my purchases or subscription?
Open the App's Settings or Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or through Google Play (Android).
How do I turn off personalized ads?
On iOS, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, go to Settings › Google › Ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
