Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Paint Me: Color By Number (the "App") on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The App collects only the following:
- Device identifiers – such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and app-instance identifiers, used for analytics and advertising.
- Diagnostics – crash reports and performance data (device model, OS version, app version, memory and load times) used to find and fix bugs.
- Usage data – which pictures you open and finish, features you use and session length, used to improve the game.
- Purchase information – if you buy an in-app item or subscription, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive only a purchase receipt to unlock content; we never receive your card or billing details.
Your coloring progress and finished artworks are stored on your device.
2. How we use information
- To run the App, deliver new pictures and restore purchases.
- To understand how the App is used and improve it.
- To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and performance problems.
- To show advertisements, including personalized ads where you have allowed it, and to measure their performance.
3. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) ad mediation – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Google AdMob – policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Ads – unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Apple App Store and Google Play billing – apple.com/legal/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising and tracking choices
On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
5. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are kept by our service providers for the periods set in their policies (for Firebase Analytics, up to 14 months). Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
6. Children
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Because we do not link the data we collect to your identity, the easiest way to stop collection is to turn off tracking as described above or to delete the App. For any request, contact us at the address below.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
